Dou jiang is a hot soy milk drink and You tiao is a airy bread roll you dip into the drink and eat. They go together and are found all over China. Last night it was raining so we went to a movie and had dou jiang and you tiao afterwards. I am told that dou jiang is especially good for girls to drink.
